Shipping Information:

Texican Imports is committed to the safe and timely shipment of your merchandise. Please refer to the following information regarding our shipping procedures:

To determine your shipping charge, simply add items that interest you to the shopping cart, then enter your delivery zip code. You are under no obligation to purchase items added to your cart. You may also send Email or call us at 817.453.6350 to speak with someone during normal business hours.

Non-furniture orders: Smaller store items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Mansfield, TX, unless noted otherwise. Web site prices do not include courier shipping charges, however these charges are calculated automatically at the time of checkout.

Most items are kept in stock and shipped within five business days of your order or when payment is received. Some items on our website will ship directly from the vendor.  This orders are sent to the vendor within 48 hours for processing.  Some vendors my ship items using other transportation methods.

We try our best to ensure all quantities are up to date. However, if an item you select is no longer available or on backorder, we will inform you via E-mail as soon as possible.

Furniture orders: All furniture is shipped via motor freight from warehouses. Most items are kept in stock and shipped within 10 business days of your order. Out of stock items and custom orders may require an additional 3-6 weeks to ship. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified of the backorder time before processing your order.

Most areas of the U.S. are serviced within two week of the ship date. We currently do not ship international.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Delivery fees for furniture, cover service to your curbside or driveway only. Freight charges do not include service inside your home or building, delivery before or after regular working hours, or delivery on weekends. Please discuss any additional delivery services and applicable fees with the independent freight company when they call to schedule delivery.

We use extreme care when packaging our merchandise. In the unlikely event that a package arrives damaged (e.g., dented, torn, crushed, etc.), please note this on the driver's delivery slip/bill of lading at the time of arrival. Refuse delivery of any merchandise that is visibly damaged.

If damage is discovered after the driver has left, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately (maximum 7 days from date of delivery). In the case of noted damage, Texican Imports will file all necessary claims with the shipping companies and send replacements to you. In the case of concealed damage, the customer may be asked to provide photos to document the damage, and the options made available to the customer will be based upon the extent of the damage provided the above guidelines have been met.
