To determine your shipping charge, simply add items that interest you to the shopping cart, then enter your delivery zip code. You are under no obligation to purchase items added to your cart. You may also send Email or call us at 817.360.9648.

Store items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Mansfield, TX, unless noted otherwise. Web site prices do not include courier shipping charges, however these charges are calculated automatically at the time of checkout.

Most items are kept in stock and shipped within five business days of your order or when payment is received. Some items on our website will ship directly from the vendor.  This orders are sent to the vendor within 48 hours for processing.  Some vendors my ship items using other transportation methods.

We try our best to ensure all quantities are up to date. However, if an item you select is no longer available or on backorder, we will inform you via E-mail as soon as possible.

We use extreme care when packaging our merchandise. In the unlikely event that a package arrives damaged (e.g., dented, torn, crushed, etc.), please note this on the driver's delivery slip/bill of lading at the time of arrival. Refuse delivery of any merchandise that is visibly damaged.

If damage is discovered after the driver has left, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately (maximum 7 days from date of delivery). In the case of noted damage, Texican Imports will file all necessary claims with the shipping companies and send replacements to you. In the case of concealed damage, the customer may be asked to provide photos to document the damage, and the options made available to the customer will be based upon the extent of the damage provided the above guidelines have been met.
